11.4 Power of Attorney

  1. A power of attorney is a written document designating someone to act on behalf of the principal to transfer ownership and/or complete necessary documents as required by law. [C.C. §2410]
  2. May be used to endorse for a buyer or seller. If used, the original power of attorney must be submitted with the transfer application.
  3. May not be used to disclose odometer mileage.
