1978 Lola T342 Formula Ford

History

This Lola was raced in Cal Club and SF Region SCCA in the late 70s and early 80s. In 2018, the Lola underwent a complete restoration. It was restored again in 2022-23, and purchased by its current owner. He has been racing it on the U.S. West Coast the past couple of years.  He is moving to a different car class, so the Lola is now available for purchase.

Description

The engine has only two race weekends on it. It has a rebuilt Ivey head, and a new Ivey carburetor. The Hewland Mk9 gearbox was also recently rebuilt.

The Lola was last raced in 2025. It has been fully serviced by a pro shop for the 2026 season and is ready to go.
