The March’s original chassis is in very good condition. The 1600 Cosworth was rebuilt in April, 2019, by Ivey engines. Dyno sheets show 220 h.p. Invoices included. The Hewland FT200 gearbox was rebuilt by John Anderson Racing in 2016, including a new ring & pinion, bearings, jig setup, etc.

Also included is a good spares package with 3 sets of wheels, 28 gear sets, axles, noses & more. More information on the spares is available upon request.

The March is one of the quickest, pre-1980, flat bottomed, Historic Formula Atlantic cars. It is also the sister car to the March 78B that Howdy Holmes used to win the Formula Atlantic Championship in 1978. This is a great, front running entry that can qualify for the premier Historic Formula Atlantic events worldwide, including the Long Beach Grand Prix Historic Formula Atlantic race, the Monterey Reunion (where it has already raced) the Historic Sports Car Club (HSCC) Gilles Villeneuve Trophy Formula Atlantic Series, and many more. By the way, the March last raced in November, 2019, so it is fresh. It also won.
