1986 Swift DB2 S2000

Description

The 1986 Swift DB2 Sports 2000 race car offered here was campaigned in SCCA with a Pinto 2 liter engine for its early years then campaigned in the American City Racing League (ACRL) where the car was fitted with a Cosworth twin-cam YAC power plant that is currently installed in the car. The twin-cam, 4 valve engine was rebuilt by Jennings during 2004-2005 and only has 2 races and a few track days on it with the current owner. The engine is paired to a Hewland Mk9 gearbox with new Tilton master cylinders recently installed last Fall and comes with 7 sets of gears. In addition, there are some spare suspension pieces, an extra set of wheels and tires, and miscellaneous items one would expect with a race car.

The Swift is in very good condition and is ready for the track minus the routine pre-race checks.
